According to them, Big Sky's Six Shooter will be placed in the current Timberline alignment, but extended downhill behind Bullwinkle's for several hundred yards with three new trails to access it.

At todays interest rates I hope they didn't borrow much money..........interest will eat into any profit quickly.

There's another, yet to be finished , (11/30/2026) Dutchman Woods home on the market for $3.2 million.

Sounded like he was going to keep it for a while. I wonder what happened. I can't imagine building a spec house that expensive. Seems like a massive risk to me but I don't live in that world. Nice payday for Mountainside if they represent both sides - $360,000 commish at that price.
That room with the SR ski is going to have to be saged.
Lots of choices on the market for the well-heeled these days. Here's another: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6003 ... 6356_zpid/

I agree.....seems risky to me. Virtually every new listing up here has a price drop 2 weeks later. The impulse buyer market has definitely dried up.

Check out this condo. Listed for $770k in January and down to $550k. Thats nearly 30% off original ask.

These larger homes in the million+ will fare better, but the market is headed back towards sanity. And that's good.
