Smith I/O7 Goggles

Postby ascuttoloaf » Wed Feb 11, 2015 12:47 pm

Anyone have the new Smith I/O7 goggles?

Currently have Smith I/O goggles that are a 3-4 seasons old and in need of replacement. Debating between just getting new lenses or upgrading to the I/O7. Is it worth the upgrade?

$180+ for goggles? Great googly moogly thats a lot of money...

I have I/Os that the lenses are getting a bit scratchy but frame is fine. $20-$40 for new lenses makes that decision easy.

i am a little too hard on gear to fork that price over BUT Mrs B632 bought herself a pr along with a smith helmet and she raves about them. lens is easy to change and says it gives her way better vision than her old oakleys. she is not a gear head like me so for her to comment there must be a real difference.
