Sad what has happened to that course over the years...when they cut all those trees between 9 and 6...awful. Someone needs to bring back Paul Waldron, among many other things. Such a great 9 in 'the day'.

Seems like a pretty good deal. Although, if Harris could not make a go of it, I would have my doubts about its viability. Maybe at that price it can be done. Or maybe the old adage "if you want to make a small fortune . . ."
